Refund policy
No returns and no refunds on physical "print on demand" (POD) merchandise. See Printify's page for more information. Here is an excerpt from their site: "In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us (printify) within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue." Please reach out to michaelevanmoore.media@gmail.com and we will communicate with printify on your behalf if there are any issues.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: There is a 5% restocking fee and the customer pays for return shipping cost for any physical POD merchandise returned that is not due to manufacturer defect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (see above)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or POD physical merchandise as they are "Final Sale" items. Digital merch can be refunded at the discretion of the shop owner.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of POD, we are unable to offer exchanges for any merchandise purchased online. If purchased in person (POS) and other sizes/options are available, then an exchange would be possible at the discretion of the merchant.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
